Vodafone India — Vodafone is cheating with me

Dear sir,
I'm a etop holder from vodafone. I serves vodafone india as i am a seller of etop. Company had settled my vcash target as 300 points in april. I've achieved my target but now, voda is not giving my commission. I complained to the customer care but... No response.
Company is saying that i've not completed minimum requirements to get the commission but i'm 100% sure that i'vecompleted all the conditions settled by company. It's a big cheating but voda
