Vodafone India — vodafone is deliberately teasing me. why me being harassment

Vodafone has been sending me the details of someone else's number from the last one year.
Why is vodafone sending me an email even after repeatedly refusing me?
Can vodafone give information to any unknown person?

I have no vodafone number. Already i told you two to three times don't send me again this bill. Otherwise i will go to legal action against for vodafone.
