[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone mobile service | |||||
I have been the Vodafone corporate customer for last 6 years in Mumbai region. I have moved to Canada 2 years ago. Since then I am not using the Vodafone number. Therefore, I had asked them numerous times to cancel my number by calling over the phone from Canada. Unfortunately this came to pass last month only. I had paid all the pending amounts including the additional SIM card charges, which was their fault for not cancelling the SIM card while closing the account. Then after calling to Vodafone Customer care for the unexpected bill, the manager didn't agree to waive off the amount. So I had to pay that amount as well. After unnecessarily paying the Vodafone bills for last 23 months, the Vodafone didn't have courtesy to waive this little amount for their mistake. To your astonishment I would also like to add that I HAD LOST MY SIM on Sep, 2016 and I had mailed them for that and no action has been taken. My SIM has been blocked last month which I did myself by logging into my Vodafone account with my instinct due to frustration, NOT WITH THE VODAFONE SUPPORT. In my last conversation I had openly told them I must not get any further bill and also asked them to send me an email for the same. They haven't sent me any email. Now I have lost all my patience by seeing the new bill sent to me. I am getting mentally harassed and tortured. I literally in the state of either killing someone from Vodafone now. This is intolerable now. I'm literally not going to stop now. I'm going to file a case of being tortured for last 2 years from Vodafone for not providing proper service to the onsite clients. I'm already going through the health issues over here and now will also include the reason of Vodafone for all those I had suffered in last 2 years. NO MORE BILLS, I am getting crazy now.
