[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone - negligence and over charging

I requested for new tariff plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_299 (3G) on 16/09/2014 to my number [protected]. And I also received a SMS saying that the new plan is activated on 19/09/2014.
But, in my bill i see that a different plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_249 is activated. Due to which i have been over charged in Sep 14 and Oct 14.
