[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone non refund of amount | |||
I have recharged my vodafone account on[protected] of rs.80 and today they have deactivated my mobile number. After calling on customer care and reaching vodafone store at both the place i got one answer that my recharge amount will not get refunded and your phone will not get activated. Also there are not writing my complaint regarding this. So kindly help me regarding this issue. Verified Support Apr 20, 2014 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Pallav Patel, Kindly note, the number has been negatively verified and the services of your number has been deactivated w.e.f., 19/012/13 as we have not received your documents in the given time.
