Hi,
I have been using my vodafone number for the past few years but since I was out of India for the past few months, I couldn't use it to make any call, although I was still using it for messages and my bank OTPs. Then from the past two days, when i switched it on for my work, I realised it was not working and when my brother called the customer care, they told him that my number has been allocated to someone else.
I am highly disappointed on this sheer negligence on Vodafone's part that they decide to allocate the number to a new customer without even informing the old customer. This has led to a lot of problems and being in another country I am inbound and all my work is stuck due to this negligence on vodofone's part.
I would like to Vodafone to help me with this issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
