I am using corporate postpaid plan for the No.[protected]. I am not getting the bill on my registered mail id for the same. Kindly arrange to send the bills on my registered email id regularly.

I am using corporate postpaid plan for the No.7875559375. I am not getting the bill on my registered mail id for the same. Kindly arrange to send the bills on my registered email id regularly. My registered mail id is [email protected]. Previously I was getting the bills regularly but since 1 year I am not getting bills so I am facing problem each and every time while paying my bills.
I have taken post paid connection last month and facing below problems, I request to deactivate my mobile number
Network is slow
No proper internet
No reasonable charges ( in Website Showing 399 and getting bill is 455)
No proper customer Service

I recharged my number with 199 rs. for unlimited talktime. Yet there is a deduction of rs 30 as GST and 168rs as acess fee.
And the problem is it says recharge successful, but i cant make calls or use my data service.
Why is it happening like this.?
Is this a new scheme of Vodafone to loot the customers in broad day light.
