[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone postpaid bill not generate according to the plan.(not solvable from vodafone company after complaining 50-60 times) | |||
sir, i have complaint to the nodal office of vodafone, appllate office of vodafone they are also not able to solve the problem.there are few complains which is not been able to solve by vodafone store and customer sevices (198) i have done complaint to this mail id in vodafone company. <nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com>, <[protected]@vodafone.com>, <Vipul.[protected]@vodafone.com>, <sushma.[protected]@vodafone.com>, <nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com>, <vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com>, <appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com> they are not able to solve the complain. I have buyied 17-20 numbers from the company "vodafone" and i received the plan of 1000minutes local and std minutes. I have issued the number on November 2013. and All the bill generated from nov, 2013 as per plan 500 minutes local and std. Due to my business i was not able to look at the bill. But 3 months before when i look at bill i call to customer care that in my all number bill is wrongly generated and from there i get to know that my all the bill from november 2013 is been genrated on 500 minutes local and std. This is very critical issue which can be take over to a consumer forum but i am still trying for a last chance. i have complain to vodafone store 15-20 times and customer care 40-50 times but still not getting a resolution. i am here for reimbuirsment of all the number and bill from november 2013. kindly regenrate all the bill according to my receive plan and kindly reimburise all the excess charges made by your company by fooling us. if you will not able to look to the issue kindly let me know so that i can file a case to the vodafone company. i am attaching a plan which i have issued by vodafone company from november 2013. i have complain about the plan that in my all number 500 minutes local std is working but i have issued a plan of 1000minutes local and std. so 15-20 days before vodafone corrected my plan. i have also complaint for the reimbuirsment but still i am not getting a resolution so i am mailing you all my complaint.
