Really i help less so that today coming to complain against one of leading telecome company "vodafone".
I am old user of vodafone. So many years using there postpaid and prepaid connection. Today i am coming to against vodafone for my mobile no [protected].
This connection completely using by me as i have a another postpaid connection so that this no not use few times. All the bank account and whats app gass all link with this no. For my business purpose offically introduced this no to all. Suddenly vodafone stop providing service. Same times i contact to vodafone appllate officer dated-23rd march 2018. Appllate officer name richa. She informed to me that "my no not working so vodafone stop service 21st march 2018 because 2 days back. She also informed that 90 days grace period there so suggest to me carry documents and visit neatest vodafone store and they will start my no again" she fully assured your mobile no decently activate there. For the proof of this call i attach her call recording.
After visit vodafone store they charge me rs-10, 000/-. When i ask why i can pay charge and appellate officer assured me that just visit vodafone store only documents they refuse me. Same times i am asking its my exesting mobile no and too much important for me so request them to activate it. But they are not advise anything. I just waste my time and return back. Same day due to this vodafone miss guiding i lost important documents which is send through whats app. As this no not activate so i am not able to open whats app and loss business deal of rs-20, 000/-. Due to with out any information stop this connection i lost my digital savings account which is only login based on this no. As vodafone seen that as its my important no so customer will pay rs-10, 000/-. Because of my recovery the loss. Everyday i loss money due to this miss guidance the vodafone. They can't help me any more as they are want money from me. I am belongs from middle class family. So unnecessary not possible for me to happy the vodafone for given rs 10, 000/-. Maybe vodafone cheated with there customer but finally i hugh loss for vodafone. I want to action against vodafone and same times i want to claim from vodafone for my loss of money, loss of time, and unnecessary harassment by this company. Was this information helpful? |
