I collected only one Voda SIM ([protected]) and gave the all required documents to Vodafone representatives for that Number ([protected]). In January, 2017 Vodafone representative visited our organization and that time I have taken 499 Plan and collected only one SIM.
I am paying bill for my number-[protected] on regular basis. But now this number was suspended by Vodafone by giving unacceptable response.
They are saying that we are suspended your number due to pending bill 13000 INR for another number – [protected]. I was surprised because that number [protected] is not belongs to me. I never requested or purchase this number, so How I can pay bill for that.
I told those guys, that do you have any form with my sign and fill-up for that number [protected], they are not giving any satisfactory answer. Just saying number is belongs to you. Because I am confident and I know very well that this number is not belong to me.
I told to customer care, Please give the Vodafone representative name that gave me the number, they are still not giving that.
Even I told that, are you waiting for bill amount 1300 to suspend that number, why you did not call me on time, In generally monthly limit is 2000, why are you waiting for so long time.
Still, no satisfactory answer from their side. And still saying you have to pay, why I am going to Pay for that number which I never used or hand over to me.
They said, Lava phone was used for that number, though there is no LAVA phone in my any relation.
Even they are saying your HR/Admin team is responsible. Why they are responsible for that, number was given by Vodafone represented, and Document was collected by themselves. If your Vodafone employee visit our company and gave only 1 SIM and collected the document from me then Why HR or My Company is responsible for that, just because they provided you the space for sale.
Really, you guys are doing harassment.
