Vodafone India — Vodafone sent legal notice despite payment done | |
Vodafone manager calls on 27th Apr to make Rs 2600 payment. They send the formal letter confirming the account will be closed post payment of 2600 Rs. I made the payment same day Rs 2600...please see enclosed pictures about letter received from Vodafone and online payment done the same day.. To my surprise, received legal notice on 7th July to make another 1200Rs payment...This is just cheating and recovery tactics.
