Vodafone India — VODAFONE unjustly deducted my balance in the pretext of internet charges | |||
I got bonus offer in form of message that by recharge of Rs.34/- I will get 225MB but company provide me only 175MB and deducted Rs.153.04/- for excess usage of 175MB(approx 38MB). Now they are using various tricks to show that it has been done through Etop not by USSD code etc. Although in my more than 12yrs association with this connection I always done recharge in that process and the bonus offer was activated without any fuss. I dont allow Vodafone to go scot free after this malpractices and want my deducted balance reverse back. Was this information helpful? | |||
