Vodafone India — vodafone worst customer service experience

I would like to quote something on the worst experience i had with vodafone: "i totally understand that i need to pay the bills on time as i am using their service. However, i have some personal issues which couldn't let me pay the bill till now also adding to this i work in graveyard shifts where i can't answer any calls in the mornings as i sleep till night and they sent me a demand draft for 1325 rupees. I can pay the bill right now. However, now i've asked them to explain me as they barred my outgoing service on some particular day and charged me full amount of 500 for 2 consecutive months like late payment fee and all and including the 299 rental plan where they have already barred my outgoing service" the chat rep stated me that even though the outgoing service is barred it's a rule that i need to pay the complete bill and he keep on saying that it is valid and i didn't pay which pissed me off.

Now, i've asked them to justify me the reason in why i need to pay the full amount where they have already barred my outgoing service from a long time and why did they charged me for the service which i haven't used. Upon doing that they sent me a demand draft and the chat rep clearly ignores my request and keep on saying that i didn't pay the bill and it's valid.

Their rep's call me 10 times a day and irritate me even if i say i'll pay it. Everyone have their own problems and all you need to do is to wait for sometime and get back but not by sending a demand draft.

I have used airtel in the past and was never been this unhappy and they never charged me any extra late payment fee and all and they never sent me any demand draft for the same.

This is horrible customer service experience. Vodafone being a international company didn't hired best people. I have spoken with their chat support team and have got the worst response ever. The rep didn't even understood what was i am taking about. He was keep on saying that it is valid when i have already explained everything. The supervisor name is umesh and the rep was totally insane as he didn't even understand what i was talking about.
