Vodafone India — Vodafone's money swindling | |||
I use Vodafone prepaid service with mobile number [protected] and continue to face issue with the provider. On 17th April, I tried to top up with BC195 typing *121*195#, but ended up getting message that new package BC93 with 1 GB data is available and I was required to select 1 or cancel to continue with original recharge option. I was hesitant and hence timed out. I tried again by typing *121*195#, yet again I got the details about BC93, this time time I pressed 1 to chose the BC93 option. After some time, 1 GB was added and amount rs. 93 was deducted. But, soon after, amuont rs. 195 was deducted and the net pack available was around 675mb. I don't understand how come recharge of 195 got activated while I selected to chose BC 93. Further I don't understand why the net pack was just 675 mb? Either it should be 1 GB or 1.8GB or 800mb. Looks like Vodafone never ceased to swindle gullible customers money. Was this information helpful? | |||
