Vodafone India — voice is not at all audible from the other side

The voice of the person on the call is not clear.. The problem is same with all the numbers being used in the family we have changed our sim card twice and even the cell phone but all in vain.. The problem is there for a long time take some action otherwise we will change our numbers to other networks.. And would be forced to file a complaint in consumer court
