Hi this is Naveen sharma, I called customer care executive RAJNEESH to waive of my extra mobile internet charge amounting to Rs.380 to my mobile no. [protected]. But he provided me with falls information of registering my complaint regarding waiving of bill. My enquiry no. is[protected], but when i rechecked that there is no such request in that complaint number.
