Vodafone India — worst customer care | |||||
I am very sorry to say that vodafone is such a bad customer oriented. When customers call for a concern or issue they do not have the patience to listen neither give a right solution. The way they talk rudely is a shame on the customer service team. Chandan and manjunath was the executives whom i had discussion about my issue. The way they portrayed themselves was to a 3rd class level. Vodafone you seriously have to take an action on this. Please select the right people for customer care and floor supervisors.
