Vodafone India — Worst customer support. | |||||
Hi, I had been a fair customer of Vodafone since over 2 years but the kind of service that had been provided to me made one thing clear that this is worst company i have ever come across. I was having a vodafone number [protected] on which i had given request for activation o[censored]S/Canada Calling pack through their website on march 27th 2016 and got confirmation stating that the request have been successfully taken and the pack would be activated from next billing cycle. But the pack never got activated and the next bill of April which i got in May was having full call rates charged. I spoke to customer care and as per different advises from vodafone executives I have sent emails to various email ids of vodafone but none of them took this initiative to solve the complaint and even commit that the mistake is at company's end and finally my connection was barred due to non payment as i wanted resolution for the same.
