Vodafone India — wrong amount charged | |||
I have been charged extra amount twice for wrong billing and after complaining they are saying that you have used these services and you have been charges for it, in the 1st issue i ignored it and paid the amount but they have repeated it again, they say i have been charged for roaming whereas i haven;t went outside My place since past 1 month, they have also said that i have send international messages but i haven't send any still they are not listening to my complain and pushing all charges on me and forcing me to pay that charges. These company thinks that who's going to check the bills even if they charge extra also they have thought that common man cannot reach till them as they have huge networks but please remember your company is in the top position only because of common peoples, keep this in your mind vodafone...
