Vodafone India — Wrong amount deduction without my knowledge | |||
On 18th May i recharged top up for Rs.50 and i got the talk time of Rs.41 as soon as i got recharge amount i got deducted of Rs.35 by vodafone. When i spoke with customer care executive he replied u would have clicked any link from Model Mania Pack...dat organization deducted u Rs.35...but i really did not...how can vodafone allow to get deducted money for such kinda 3rd party org..how cheap vodafone is?? will i be given back the amount? What is model mania pack how my amount is detected for this service without my permission I don't click any such type of like I want my money back now a day voda phone is giving the worst service in comparison to all other networks plz do something and return my money back.
