Vodafone India — Wrong bill | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam, I have been using Vodafone for the past 7 years and today I'm sorry to say that Vodafone is no longer interested in retaining its esteemed customers. Last month I had made a payment of some 900 rupees towards my Vodafone bill. when my bill for the current period arrived I checked that the rental charges are charged wrongly. On checking, I saw that the rental charges for the last bill paid were also charged wrongly. Your customer care executive agreed to reverse the wrong billed amount for the current period but told me that he'll not be able to reverse the wrongly billed amount for the last bill. I'm sorry but due to such attitude of Vodafone I'm no longer interested in using Vodafone.
