I am having a corporate connection of Vodafone,
wrong internet charges Vodafone has charge from 28th Onward as per my internet plan till 2 GB is free till 31 oct .but I did not cross 2gb till 31th Oct and I have the proof I m regularly checking my 3G usage by dialling *111# and option 5 or by sending below SMS keyword to 111.
I have the last message on dtd 31-oct -2014 and that time I used only 1989 MB so how Vodafone has charge the extra internet uses from 28 to 31 oct .. When i contacted the Vodafone care they told me they will not refund the exta internet charges amount they will refund only 750 rs for wrong bill ..

This is altaf kapadia from mumbai my no [protected] this no was working as vodafone corporate plan 1 month back on 27th nov it convert to individual plan then on 5th dec i ported in aircel it's working fine now but on 25th dec 2014 i got msg on my mnp (aircel no)[protected] that i have 276rs due which i not pay then my aircel service will be suspend then i visited vodafone store bandra west i called for duplicate bill (becoz i never got any bill from vodafone from start to till yet) i seen many mistake i charge for itmise bill 50rs and 99rs for voice mail from 27th nov to 4dec and same as 4th dec to 5th dec i raise complaint regarding that i got msg that someone call me on my no before 29th dec but i not got any call then finally i call vodafone custom ore care mr. aman santosh gupta he said my complaint is still open so he cant get any complaint again may be u can got call tomorrow but till today i not got any call yaa but i got an one sms on 2nd jan that i has to pay my due immediately otherwise my service will be stop and i got one msg from my mnp aircel [protected] that my service request no ...registerd with us will be processed by 10th jan ... i dont understand y vodafone not taking any action y i am not getting any call from customer care if i call customer care i am not getting any proper response or any details or satisfied answer pls help me my no is [protected] alter net no is [protected]
