Vodafone India — Wrong Bill charges added without intimation | |||
I am using 4 corporate plans of Vodafone billing since year 2006 at the time of getting this plan I was told that Itemized bill will be free for lifelong but suddenly "Without Intimating" me Vodafone has started charging Rs 49 /- for each no This is happening for the second time every time when I call customer care exc Mr. Ram, I got reply from him that I was intimated thru SMS but I haven't received any SMS nor mail regarding the same I am damn serious this time if you cannot fulfill the commitment please stop fooling customer's I'll not pay any of the bill from current month. Also the same thing was done 6 months back my rental plan was increased without intimating me Vodafone customer care executives are so hopeless that they don't even know to whom they are replying me by some other name this shows the quality and they way they work Vodafone- Please remove your tag line "Happy to help" as your executives are so tired and bores to listen to our calls Was this information helpful? | |||
