Vodafone India — Wrong bill extra charge on internet usage | |||||
Dear team, My plan is 499 Which provide me unlimited call with 5 gb evry month for internet But i dont know how they have charged me for 1178 on bill But as per vodafone application i have not execed by monthly internet usage But customer care are saying that i have used extra 3 gb Please any one take action on this I request you Vodafone are cheating with thier customer One imp thing if vodafone has provided me application, so i will go by application only na or else daily i will make a call to cutomer care for my data update Please i will thankful to you if you taje action on it Was this information helpful? | |||||
