Vodafone India — WRONG BILL GENERERATED AND PLAN CHANGES WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION

I am using [protected] POSTPAID number. This month without any notification my plan was changed and the bill send by you is more than double as compared to my previous bills. Customer Support is irresponsive. Customer support holds me more than 30 miinutes and then cut the phone.
What should I do. Please tell me how to close my this Postpaid number.
