Vodafone India — Wrong bill not rectifying | |||||
Hi, i am using vodafone since 4 years and have a post paid data plan if 2 gb. When it got exhausted bought 1 gb plan by paying 250 rs from vodafone site. I consumed 2.5 gb when i recieved bill they charged me1000rs for data and some 250rs. When contacted customer care initially they informed that they will waive off charges but still not resolved its been 2 months and they call me to pay the bill and disconnected outgoing. What is the use of buying 1 gb plan? For .5 gb they charge 1250 rs when vodafone itself sell it at 250rs? Request not to cheat customers who are sincere since 4 years and never missed to pay the bill Was this information helpful? | |||||
