Date: 8th may 2017 To, Manager Vodafone store - shivranjani branch Ahmedabad I am malhar patel, using your vodafone alcatel mifi (Mw40cj-2avdin1) (Imei: [protected]) since february 2014. Vodafone number [protected] Plan: mbb 6gb ul [protected]@rs750 Relationship number: 35325316. I want to file a complaint against the branch and their executives because after repeated reminders wrong billing has been filled against my mifi number for 2 consecutive months. My journey with vodafone mifi and vodafone shivranjani store ϖ 14th february 2017 – 8:00 pm: O visit to vodafone store shivranjani. ϖ offer on vodafone mifi – dongle with 6 gb per month for 6 month if 4500 inr is paid upfront. (750 x 6 = 4500) ϖ offer accepted. ϖ 14th february 2017 – 8:07 pm O payment of 4500 inr via credit card at 8:06 pm to vodafone west limited. (Ref page 1) ϖ 15th february 2017 O welcome email from vodafone. (Ref page 2) ϖ 7th march 2017 O monthly bill 646.87 inr: 14th february 2017 to 6th march 2017 (Ref page 3) O security deposit: 0.00 inr ϖ march 2017 O visit to vodafone store shivranjani branch. O talked to mifi executive – verbal assurance is given to resolve the problem. O written assurance is demanded – not provided. ϖ 7th april 2017 O monthly bill 1794.86 inr: 7th march 2017 to 6th april 2017. (Ref page 4) O security deposit: 0.00 inr ϖ 12th april 2017, wednesday – 11.42 am O email to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com. (Ref page 5) ϖ 12th april 2017, wednesday – 11.46 am O auto acknowledgement from vodafone to respond to within 1 working day. (Ref page 6) ϖ failed to respond within 1 working day ϖ 14th april 2017, friday – 4.28 pm O reminder email to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com. (Ref page 7) ϖ 14th april 2017, friday – 4.35 pm O auto acknowledgement from vodafone to respond to within 1 working day. (Ref page 8) ϖ 27th april 2017 – 2.31 pm O bill payment reminder – email from overdue. [protected]@vodafoneinfo.com ϖ 28th april 2017 – 1.16 pm O email request to vodafone to look into matter immediately. (Ref page 9) ϖ no respond from vodafone. ϖ 28th april 2017 O visit to vodafone store shivranjani branch – afternoon O talked to mr. Naeem shaikh, mr. Ankit patel, mr. Shaunak shah – insulting experience with all three. O filled official complaint for wrong billing. O complaint number:[protected] O written acknowledgment demanded – not provided. O verbal assurance is given to respond till 3rd may 2017 - wednesday ϖ 30th april 2017 – sunday – around 5.00 pm O call from vodafone to resolve the issue. O following point told by executive on phone O 4500 inr advance is deposited in advance O 4500 inr advance was appeared in vodafone system on 23rd march 2017. O i am under same offer which i opted: 4500 inr in advance – 6 gb 4g for 6 months. O however, bill will be generated for all 6 months. O i must not pay the bill. O service won’t be terminated. O i must feel assured to get good and continue service from vodafone. O i must visit vodafone store to clarify things. ϖ 2nd may 2017 O sms: in response to your request 1119 inr credited to your account. (Ref page 10) O no such request done by me. ϖ 6th may 2017, saturday O service terminated without notice. ϖ 8th may 2017, monday – 10.25 am O service continued to be terminated. O sms: to avoid reconnection charges of 150/- + st and inconvenience to your service please clear your pending bill of 675.86 inr immediately. (Ref page 11). ϖ 8th may 2017, monday – 5.25 pm O call from vodafone customer care to pay my remaining bill amount of 675.86 inr. Last few weeks been painful and stressful because of this issue. Vodafone failed to solve issue in a period of 1 month. Vodafone failed to show 4500 inr in their system on 14th february 2017. It appeared in system on 23rd march 2017. Vodafone continued to issue wrong bill. Vodafone stopped my internet service without notice. Vodafone continued insisting on telephone to pay it. I urge you to refund 4500 inr with immediate effect.
