Vodafone India — Wrong billing my vodafone account | |||||
Dear Sir Complain (Contact No [protected]) was lodged regarding wrong billing on 01th Feb 2016.Vodafone has charged extra 700/- Which I have not used As per our calculation. The Amount is 1090/- And Vodafone has send me bill that amt is 1790/- Which i m not going to pay as per my uses i m ready to pay 1090/- but extra what Vodafone has charged me that is totally wrong i am requesting you . Mr Sood that every month i am getting problem about wrong billing pls i am requesting u pls try to resolve this issue as soon as possible I got a call today from Vodafone team Miss. Madhuri he sd app log hamesha aisa hi karte ho hum ak bhi charge nhi hatayege... Mr. Sood its req u please tell him to your vodafone team i m not a defaulter i m geniune customer of vodafone..
