[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Wrong BIlls and mental harassments

I have my number ported from tata to vodafone thinking of better service, but now am regretting it every bit, Initially I had a 3G plan offer which only lasted for 4 months from porting in, and then they without my permission made it active with charges without my consent, nonthe less I made payments for first couple of months and then asked 3-4 times including personal visit to vodfone store to de-activate the same, which was never done and vodafone kept billing me 3G charges, One fine day one of vodafone telecallers called me for payments and she promised me to waive of Rs800 of my total outstanding of Rs.1800. So I made the payment and I have the bill and the same waiver is written at the back in pen. The same day my number got activated.[protected] soon to my disbelief my number got disconnected in 3 days, I again called up vodafone, 31st jan they told me that dont worry everything has been resolved the waiver was not updated it will be done you dont need to worry, smart enuf I even have a ticket raised for the same.. ticket number - [protected]. . My number again got activated, again 3 days later it again got disconnected Also got a mail from vodafone on 6th of feb that they have not received the Rs.800 I quicky responded to them, also called Shekhar Mahadik on [protected] or Ankush Deshmukh on [protected] they all said they will look into it als had marked the same on mails too I got a revert to raise the matter with avdhut rege, which I did, my phone again was re-instated, however avdhut rege didnt respond in 3 days, this time again my line got disconnected I called up Mr. Avadhut Rege on [protected] I didnt got any response from him, frustrated of the ordeal I went and made the payment on 12th of feb 2015 Now the worst face of vodafone, Now I have received a bill on 27th of feb (note bill date is 18th feb, just 7 days before due date)... which surprising has following charges Rs.150 x 4 for reconnection charges in same month = Rs600 + Rs100 late payment fees. Whats more vodafone is taking tax waivers from government for what? Do they really deserve when poor farmers are commiting suicide Its really annoying. Now just left 7 days either I pay or again have Rs100 slapped on my face and further connection - reconnection issues???

continuous mails and callcenters call where in process..

Continous mails to vodafone and calls to their call centers but no replies during the time of activation - decativation charges where slapped, I never asked to activate my phone even once before they resolve my issue
