[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong charges on [protected]

I had stopped my 3G activated on phone and activated 2G Plan of 2GB data. However, i was surprised that i was charged 3000 approx and my services were stopped without information. I had to face a lot of problem due to the disconnection. Although my limit is restricted to 1000 yet my limit was exceeded and i was informed that i should first pay the bill and amount will be adjusted in the subsequent month. But why should i pay anything in excess and wait for its adjustment subsequently. why cant it be adjusted now and my phone no be activated. I am penalized for no fault of mine inspite of regularly paying my bill.
