[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Wrong charges on vodafone bill for sep 2016 bill period

Dear Vodafone,

This is with reference to the latest postpaid bill of September month generated on my mobile number [protected]. I have been charged Rs200 for data usage during the period from 22nd September to 2nd October, despite the fact that I have been using my 1gb net pack till 1st October and after that I had activated Rs100 for 300mb Add on pack. In my itemised bill, Vodafone has been charged me for the data usage between 22nd Sep 2016 to 2nd Oct 2016. It was confirmed by your customer care executive also that my add on pack has been activated and after getting confirmation only I had started using internet. Till 1st Oct I had my 1gb pack balance only that I was continuously checking through Vodafone app as well as through ussd code. This is cheating your customers if you charge them unnecessary charges for the services which they have not used. Please look into this matter at the earliest and revert back the extra charges so that i can pay my Vodafone bill before due date, failing this I might be forced to take some strict actions.

Hi sir,
This is manivel. I was submitted my documents last month sep12 for mobile number portability [protected], sim no[protected], already 20 days completed but still my no not working. Idea network disconnected my no but still no response ur end, I contact ur store employee she not response properly. Store name d.s Vodafone store.

My mobile phone get lost yesterday.
My wife had been using this no. I searched out everywhere inside and outside areas unfortunately I didn't find. I am not in memory where my mobile is lost. So Please block my Vodafone SIM no.[protected] for my safety and security.
