[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong commitment to lure for porting to Vodafone

I have been extremely disappointed with vodafone red.1 month ago, i ported to vodafone after sales person visited our office with a corporate plan. What i have offered is far more depressing than what i was committed and promised by your sales person. I had chosen a plan of 500 rs+ tax wherein i was committed 45gb 4g for 3 months with 6gb/month thereafter for 4g with 3g unlimited. Considering today's scenario with jio offering 2gb 4g per day, this wasn't odd at all. But when my vodafone service started actually, i was shocked to release that my plan only had 3gb 4g data / month with no unlimited 3g once the 4g is exhausted. Now my level of frustration has reached yet another level with your escalation team showing no remorse at all.in fact they were so rude that they suggested me to port to another service provider. This extreme unprofessional ism has compelled me to write here.
