Dear sir/Madam, I am a user of Vodafone postpaid connection with number [protected]. This month, Vodafone had manipulated the data charges and had charged me incorrect amount in the bill. After repeated complaints to Vodafone I did not receive any feedback from Vodafone. I talked with two employees of vodafone named "nikunj desai" and "karan makwana" from Ahmedabad Branch ! They misguide me through data charges although even I heard the correct data charges system of vodafone from its employees! I had activated plan and used only 1-1 GB in limit of plan although they have charged me additional net charges !They dont want to refund me and talk Rudely and Scared me if i dont company will charge me with additional charges ! So please sir take action against my conplaint !
