Vodafone India — wrong information given regarding a postpaid plan to port my number to vodafone | |||
I have ported my number from idea to vodafone as vodafone was giving a good corporate plan. They told me that there is corporate plan of rs 99.in which i will be getting 200 local + std mins and 1gb 4g data every month. Also that plan was not mentioned on their pamflet, so when i questioned, they wrote it by pen (Attached). So after i ported my number to vodafone, i called customer care to confirm the details of my plan. Now they are saying in my plan i will be getting 100 std mins and 100 local mins (Instead of 200 local+std) and 1gb 4g data is for one time only, from next month i will not be getting the data. I ported the number as i require std calls which they have reduced to 100 only (As per customer care) and also the data. If they are not providing me the data then there is no benefit of this plan to me. Now they are saying take another costly plan. But my question is that i ported my number because of the cheap plan which they were providing. And if i had to take costlier plan only then why would i port my number. Now what i want is that they should give me the plan which i was promised, atleast for first 3 months. As i can not port to another network before 3 months (As per their policy) Was this information helpful? | |||
