Vodafone India — Wrong plan activate | |||||
Dear team, My plan is 199 Which provide me 600 minute evry month But i dont know how they have charged me for 729 on bill But as per vodafone application plan is 199 v to v free minute by monthly but when change my paln of 399 to 199 then i hvae confirm 3-4 time paln of 199 (600 minute) again when i see the over bill and wrong plan show on my voda app show then again i was connect to customer care are saying that your paln is 199 unlmited voda to voda and voda to other free but i was told him that my plan is 199 600 minute then they told me when your bill generate then your bill is generate 199+tax. Please any one take action on this I request you Vodafone are cheating with thier customer One imp thing if vodafone has provided me application, so i will go by application only na or else daily i will make a call to cutomer care for my correction but they totaly denied for letion my problem they just repeat you need to pay you need to pay.
