Vodafone India — Wrong plan and then charging access fee | |||
I am working in fortis escorts hospital amritsar and took a new sim on 24th april, 2017. Given me plan of rs 350 and told me that i will be charges rs 300 for the first 3months. But on 29th april within 5 days only i registered a complaint that i was supposed to get 3 gb data every month and now i am getting only 100mb per month. Mr. Varinder who is selling these sim in amritsar location in fortis hospital has given me wrong information. From the april month i am not using my number it is in phone but not using that and still i am getting a bill of rs 1100 plus now so either sort it out and reduce my bill so that i will pay the above said amount of rs 350 only else i will lodge the complaint in rti and in consume court that you people are making a fool of innocents.
