I did a recharge of Rs.80 on 16.10.2016. Mistakenly i entered my number as [protected] instead of [protected]. I called the customer care and they asked me to send an sms on 144 but after I did that, i received a message saying that the dealer number is incorrect. I again contacted the customer care but this time they simply refuse to help me saying that they cannot revert back my money. How can things get change in a span of 5 minutes.
