Hi,

I wrongly recharged my vodafone number [protected] for amount 396. I recharged from my vodafone app so this number [protected] was coming there, i forgot to edit this number and wrongly recharged this instead of [protected]. I want to recharge my number for 445 plan on [protected] number. Transaction id - jcmp[protected], kindly resolve this issue asap.

Hi.
I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But I cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc. I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue.my mobile number is [protected]

scheme on my mobile is 30 p/min.
many times, scheme is not working & deducting money at full rate.

This happened since 15 days. earlier never seen this type of problem.
