Vodafone India — wrong recharge mentioned on kotak bank app

When i recharged through my kotak bank app for vodafone prepaid on 8-8-2017 it showed a rs. 348 recharge for unlimited calling plus 1gb data everyday but when i recharged i received message from vodafone that i have only received 1228.8 mb data so i called kotak bank to complain they said all the plans are updated at the site by vodafone and you have to complain there then i called vodafone care and i gave my complaint i was first told to talk to kotak bank and when i told him kotak bank directed me to them i was told to hold the line while i was being transferred to a senior after a long hold of about 42 minutes the call got disconnected this particular call was made today[protected] and lasted from 18:43 hours to 20:15 hours. I would like to know how can you put the customer on hold for such a long time and since i have no complaint number and dont know who was on the other side what should i do.
Also what about the kotak bank mobile app i would like to have my money reversed as i did not get the desired plan with due compensation
