Vodafone India — wrongly balance deducted.

Hi team,

I have recharged my vodafone prepaid number [protected] for rs.349 (Unlimited local+std), even though rs.26 had been deducted on same day from my balance so when i asked for justification vodafone store guy told me that you have made a call to axis bank[protected] which is chargeable hence i asked to saw me the policy or t&c but they (Chandanagar hyderabad vodafone store) refuse to saw me and behave like i did a criminal activity for asking him justification.

And the weird thing is now i am unable to call vodafone cc (Since last 5 days) through ivr from this number and i was totally shocked after seeing the reason from vodafone store ("you made a multiple call to cc hence they temporarily blocked your number to speak with cc").

I am really disappoint with cc behavior and service and honestly speaking i don't want to continue with this cheater company.

I would request you to please saw me the policy on which basis you had deducted my amount.
