Vodafone India — "you are barred because you have no service"

I recently recharged my prepaid number; "[protected]" on the 23rd of august 2017 online with a pack under the "recharge packs & talktime top up plans" section of the vodafone online store. I chose the "unlimited all calls + 1 gb/day" pack for 349 rupees and it worked perfectly on the 23rd and through half of the 24th. However, on the 24th night, i was only able to use my internet and receive calls and stopped being able to make any calls at all. Since the 24th night till today (The 26th), i have been unable to make a single call and when i try to do so i always get an automated voice reply saying "you are barred because you have no service." i do not understand why this message keeps coming when i try to call because i have a full signal strength of 4 bars and my 3g is working perfectly fine. My payment id is jctr[protected]. I would like someone to help me resolve this problem as soon as possible because i desperately need to make calls and am unable to do so because of this inconvenience that i am facing. Thank you.
