Vodafone is one of the worst company I have ever had as a service provider. Not only the customer care team, but the Nodal team is also pathetic.
I'm having Vodafone post-paid no and activated Rs. 499/- plan. Last week I requested for a plan change to Grand 1299/-. I have requested through many channels like your Vodafone store, customer service, chat, emails etc. and spent a lot of time, still dumb company is not ready to listen. I got to know only a common response from all the above channels which is SORRY.
From them I learnt that I'm having the family plan so can't change the plan during the billing cycle. I don't understand, how come my plan got converted into family plan. And moreover, I requested for a plan change around 20th April, 2015 at Vodafone store as my bill generation date is 25th every month, still they want me to wait for next bill generation date.
Vodafone sucks. Pls don't go for this unethical company! Was this information helpful? |
