[Resolved] Vodafone Indiaour — Balance deduction | |||
I am using Vodafone prepaid connection in Kolkata.I was using internet connection and validity got over on 16th August 2014.I was using data before the expiry of validity, the data was within the limit or the free usage.But still i got a message of deduction of RS 24 due to internet, which is a false or rather a wrong deduction.Just then i call 198 to know about my deduction then the executive told me to call after half an hour.I called back after half an hour and the executive told me that his system is showing that the deduction was correct when i told him no it is a wrong deduction then he suddenly put me on hold.Vodafone I have been using vodafone when the company name was Hutch and three connections all of vodafone.But i never expected this kind of service from vodafone.Wrong balance deduction and this kind of attitude.i think I should think of porting all my three connections to another operator.Thanks for your lovely service.
