I am Vodafone customer from last 10 year even most of customer convert the sim card to other vendors, i was out of India from last 5 years and first time I got this issue when I come back and recharged with a monthly plan but 1 week is going to over but till i can't use your internet service, i though Voda is till good for me but i was wrong, i am continuously calling customer care and they are ignoring my query, first time asked to wait 24 hrs and now I called again and one agent said call us at 12 night or 6 morning to get any solution, seriously you are not going good with your service i am really disappointed with this types of services, i am your oldest customer but when I am trying my oldest sim after long time got this report, first time i have to say that Vodafone is now going in a pathetic service.
I want solution or i will switch off this sim, you can check my history i never opt any other vendors even in roaming when you charged for incoming and outgoing i was with you only but now I am really disappointed. PLEASE FEEL THE PAIN OF AN OLDEST CUSTOMER WHO IS SUFFERING.
