I am having network issue in my Vodafone since 3 months... I have complain to customer care and registed it on 25/08/2017...but no any action taken regarding it... Today i called them 3 tym and talking about my complain then they said my complaint is closed and it is resolved... Bt i haven't confirmed its resolvance... I'm applying for port out of Vodafone they use to give me offers of 25 gb etc etc... Bt internet speed is soo slow that i couldn't use 3 gb of data... I use to get a speed of 20-30kbps in 4G...Now i'm not going to pay my last 2 month bill... Since my complaint is not resolved and nw when i call they are rejecting my call... My bill fr every month is of rs. 550 approx bt i don't use to service of even rs.200...then why should i pay.. Please help
