[Resolved] Vodafone — IVR before the call connects and bad Network Signals if you are overdue with them | |||
Hi, Vodafone is very wierd and acts based on factors you must have not heard of. If your payment is overdue and not able to pay as you are out of station with limited access, it will add another 20 Seconds IVR to pay your bill and then followed by bad reception all the time. Once the payment is made, the network comes back to the original form and there is no issue with it. I am just shocked to see how this works and i am not the only 1 facing this kind of a issue.
