Vodafone — june month bill unauthorized charges | |||||
I have taken vodafone post paid plan almost 6 months back.in first two three month bill they charge me correct amount as per my plan. But from 4 month they are charging extra amount for the services which i not used. But after submitting them the proof. They waived of my bill extra amount. But in june month bill they charge me for data use rs.499.93 on 21/06/2017. But they did not sent me any mail or msg regarding my excess usage on this date. Without sent me any information or notification how they can charge me. But according to their vodafone app. I used data as per below of my plan. I sent them screen short of data uses as on[protected]. Its showing below uses than how they can charge me on[protected] for it. Because till[protected] its showing less uses of data and i called or mailed them. But they are replying very late and they are not considering my proof. Today one lady called me. Her name is danalakshmi k. She called me by this no. ([protected]). She talked me very rudely. She was not listening my problem and forcing me to pay the due bill without solving my problems. So how can i make payment to them for unauthorized charges. For your reference i have attached the file. Kindly find the attachment and do the needful asap.
