[Resolved] Vodafone, Karnataka — SIM not activated. Pathetic Response | |||
Pathetic Service from Vodafone. I wanted a new post paid connection and opted for Vodafone (biggest mistake). I put in a request on your website. Promptly one lady called me and the documents were picked up after two days after a big fuss of the executive not coming on the specified time. Finally i handed over the documents required and a sum of Rs.500. It has been four days now, the SIM has not been activated. Now when i called back to check on the status. I was told that they would check and revert. Now they have stopped taking my calls. I called your customer care to report this. To my service the response was even more pathetic. I was only being transferred to multiple agents who spoke to me multiple languages (Hindi, Kannada, English). I finally had to disconnect the call because after being transferred the 6th time, i could not take it. Hence i trying to report my issue on this page. Not sure if any one would resolve my problem. Is this a new way to take Rs.500.00 from a prospective customer? The phone nos of people i have been talking to: [protected] - Nancy. [protected] - Escalation Manager.
