[Resolved] Vodafone — m-Pesa Scam

WHY should Vodafone Prepaid customers be fleeced and forced to pay Rs 200/- extra for m-pesa services. I do my recharges and payments online through netbanking. I was forced to subscribe to m-pesa on 01/04/2014 and Rs 200/- knocked out of me saying it was a compulsion when I was opting for conversion from post-paid to pre-paid conversion of my SIM. Incidentally, my number got ported to Reliance network (which is another bloody charlatan network) and I demanded the Rs 200/- back on 12/04/2014. Till today, I have not got the promised Rs 100/- out of the Rs 200/- back. Vodafone sucks such free-fund money from lakhs o[censored]nsuspecting customers. Buyer beware and fight back.
