Vodafone — Misselling/poor service/false commitments - need refund | |||||
Hi Team, I would like to bring this in notice that the vodafone representatives are mis-selling the products by deceiving and fooling customers. I bought a 3g dongle from vodafone store on 19th sept and before buying i asked if the speed/ signal is available and if they can give a demo test to prove that. They declined my request and told they have excellent service in that area and you can purchase the dongle and if you face any issues we care there to help you out. They promised a speed of 21mbps and i am currently geeting 0-1kbps worst in the world. I highlighted the issue and now the teach team is saying that there is no signal strength or service in that area and it cannot be improvised. This is purely a case of fraud and misselling the product and deciving the client knowing about the issue. Why did you sell me the dongle when you knew all this? This is really shame when such a brand company decives the customer. This dongle is a WASTE to me and on top of that they are charging me every month rental. Request you to please take your dongle back, wipe out the rental and please please refund the money of 2325/-. Request you to please take appropriate action and initiate refund.
